Just use Bitcoin Cash.  That is what it was designed to do.  Simple solution.  Bitcoin Core is designed for big bank settlement functionality.  It doesn't work for amounts less than about $100.  Get used to it.  That is the way Bitcoin is set up now.  YOu can thank Core for that.

Bitcoin cash is having issues with lengthy block times, according to Charlie Lee. If miners are still unsure about permanently mining BCH, it discourages its use for day to day transactions. I suspect confirmation times will speed up for bitcoin core as the software gets continually upgraded.

it seems that its a simplest way promoting eth and giving negative impact to bitcoin but yes its really ridiculous its impossible now to send small amount of bitcoin
