I have it on good authority that with it looking like the pre-ICO hardcap of 5000 ETH (which was the entire crowdfund softcap) looking like it will be maxed out, that things are going to progress far quicker than anticipated.

On my list of the best ICO in September is Cindicator, aventus, utrust because these ICO projects are attracted by many investors around the world and will definitely develop their own platform as soon as the ICO ends.

I have been studying this two projects and I think there are one of the best project to invest in for this September 2017. Nexus and justdatingsite. Nexus has raise over $5,000,000 in their first bonus pre-sale and also we expect they meet the target for second sales level. Most of the available ico are good though you need to study them before you invest in them.

There's too many. Have participated in Modum and Kickico so far. About others I'm undecided. Aventus, Centra, BitJob, Kyber, Enigma I can't really decide where to invest sind the projects seem legit, the difficultiy is to guess if they will be profitable.
