Some of them have whitelist so it's not so easy to participate in. Unfortunately.

Best ICO in September for me would have to be Aventus and Atlant. Those are the two ICO's I am in track of this month. I read their whitepaper and projects and seems promising to me and I would believe a lot of people will make good use of this too that's why I think these two are the best so far for this month.

more likely will be more interesting of the upcoming ICO on September, full of mystery and uncertain things approaching. news of some new regulation to Ico affect all coins today. hence we should more carefully to choose upcoming ICO,

any suggestion about when to buy may be very very very needed (now).

Yup. But no whitepaper till now. So basically we dont know much about the product yet and their communication is awful. Which is my concerns about it.

They are raising too much money that is my only concern.

Red Pulse project is registered in Hong Kong. So they are only wait for clarification of NEO status now.
