Guys, I suggest in this thread to share thoughts on the ICO in September. I'll start first.

1. Powerledger

Presale for a fixed price ended successfully, the sale will begin, there is a real opportunity to buy tokens cheaper, because the price is not fixed. The project itself is also interesting.

2. Spheris Cool project, decentralized application store

3. Aventus Can be interesting , ticket sales, good project

The best ICO of september in my opinion:
1. I agree with you spheris is my main choice
2. Swarm project I see some information that the project is very good.
3. Notary I do not know the reason but I am interested in his project.

Centra is definitely the next promising ICO!  Something with a real product!  Cards are already shipping!

Yes, But see the centra card its more on promotional of Mayweather the real card of centra and more it has a promising long term roadmap. Definitely Centra will also less than a week to be sold out and one of the best ICO this September.

The only issue I see with Change is the ICO is going on and doesn't seem like anyone is interested.  They are stuck at around 40K ETH and looking for 200K ETH.
Once hype dies down its hard for ICO to get their full asking price.  And when looking at change white paper it says they need 200K ETH for banking license.  So if they don't reach it, then no license?  There are a lot of "what if" for change.

Once hype dies down its hard for ICO to get their full asking price.  And when looking at change white paper it says they need 200K ETH for banking license.  So if they don't reach it, then no license?  There are a lot of "what if" for change.

36K was from their presales. So 7K during ICO even with 2 days is considered bad.  But I didn't say they wouldn't reach 200K.  I'm asking "what if"  so what happens to all the license they are looking for if they don't hit the ETH milestones required for those licenses.

If they don't reach the cap there probably will be a new round of investments, as you know they're backed by a VC so they'll definitely get the funding. i however believe there's still plenty of time to reach the cap. Also, if you read the whitepaper you'll see that only 50.000 ETH is needed for the licensing, AND they don't need it as they're currently working with external service providers. Bottom line is that if they don't get enough during the ICO, they'll get it later and the plans are just postponed a bit, this happens all the time

I have my doubt about spheris..
1.240.000.000.000 tokens sold during ico, 300.000 tokens = 1 eth.
That means that they want to sell 4.000.000 eth.. makes no sense.
With a price of 300 dollar for 1 eth it will be 1.240.000.000 dollar... thats insane right?
A more credible amount for a project like this is maybe 100 or 200 million at most (filecoin biggest ico with 250).
1/10 or 1/5 of the amount they want to collect.
This means they have to distribute a lot of tokens, probably the 300.000 wil grow to 2.000.000 or more tokens for 1 eth.

Do i make a mistake somewhere?
Why don't they offer a more credible amount of tokens right away, or just lower the total amount of tokens.
Seems a little bit strange to me.

With Centra getting an endorser as big as Mayweather, it will be easy for them to have a lot of smaller buy ins from investors since most of them will see that their boxing idol is endorsing the product. This might be a good thing for crypto currencies as a whole as it opens it up to a much wider audience. Now we just need to wait and see on how Centra capitalizes on that deal they have with Floyd.

I suggest reading up on CombiCoin, now in ICO. 

For every 10 dollars you invest, you get 1 CombiCoin, as well as 1 TRIA token. 
Each CombiCoin represents 1/30th of the top 30 cryptocurrencies. I was wondering when we would see a coin like this. Banks and financial institutions have always pooled together multiple investments into one big fund (diversification, they call it), mostly to pump up the grade of the investment (they can pool 10 triple B investments together and call it a triple A investment). I'm gonna look into combicoin, seems like a solid investment
