The paper introduced a comprehensive overview of the Bitcoin ecosystem and provide a simple model so that further studies can use the model exposed to quantitatively analysis and improve the Bitcoin industry. In addition, it clearly exposes some of the issues faced early in the development of Bitcoin. They also outline an economic and technological framework to provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of the different stakeholders and risks faced by Bitcoin.

Additionally, Kroll, Davey and Felten (2013) provide guidance as to what the role of a Bitcoin Governance body should be. They clearly state the key issues faced by Bitcoin in 2013 and provide their insights based on their own experience.
I personally believe this is an excellent introduction to the Bitcoin ecosystem and one of the most advanced academic works I have read about Bitcoin. This also sets a standard for future research, which is needed to solve key issues and improve the network.

November has passed in a flash, and Christmas is now almost upon us. valid solutions keeps getting rejected by the network. I have been feeding debugs for metaverse team but this issue keeps hitting mining over and over again. This by the way effect all pools accept the big Chinese one. No comment..

sure... and how do you see metaverse.farms debug log to know you don't have this problem. When I posted this I checked all the pools including your pool, none of them generated any blocks over an hour except uupool.

This has nothing to do with the pool and it is a wallet issue. You'd know this and try to help resolve the issue rather than a petty comparison of a pool if you had the slightest clue.

That is scary indeed. What happend on bitfinex was bogus in my opinion. I heard a lot of ppl lost / "sold" their coins even if they didn't have an order / stop loss active.

I'm also bit sad due to lack of updates on the project but I remain bulish on this coin for long term holding.

I mined this for awhile, and I'm getting rid of it. I must have needed to install the wallet 7-8 times. Either bad connection, or the blocks weren't syncing up - total time consuming PIA.

Ahhh man, say it ain't so....Metaverse, you guys really seem to take your community for granted at times.  I know creating business is of the utmost importance, but neglecting the concerns of supporters (or minimizing the priority of issues raised by them, or treating them as if their concerns aren't valid) is a recipe for losing supporters.

I'm not one to be overly concerned with the price of the coin, but it's pretty clear to me that Metaverse tanked recently (while everything else went off) due to FUD, most of which IMO rightfully so.  People believe in the upside of this coin, but there are no shortage of quality alternatives in this crypto game for supporters to invest in.  You should really consider making a concerted effort to increase your community relationships or you will witness others leave as well.

linux wallet is rock solid, 100% uptime for over 40 days on the pool.

windows wallet gets corrupted on unexpected shutdowns. Happened twice and I had to delete/import the blockchain.

I now do right click system tray metaverse, close it, and then shut down. Seems ok so far. But I agree with other users concerns, these should not happen at all.

I keep voicing my concerns over mining / locking over and over again on multiple sources. I did 1-to-1 chats with developers helped them to identify/debug problems, and we are still waiting on solutions for those as well.
