But I have one concern for it, don't you want to secure your funds with an escrow so that each of your participants has guarantee?

I'm just suggesting for the good of your campaign.

Yes this is concern of mine also, had good contact with owner of site though, and he guarantees minimum $250 first month and will be sent to me 5 days before end of September.

So what will be your decision for the escrow of this campaign? Or you will be the one to hold the funds?

Do you consider to accept higher ranks in the near future?

I (zoomzoom) am campaign manager, for 4 months. I am to be payed 5 days before end of each month and will distribute payments accordingly, payments are fixed but may change month to month.
