More new coins they put on their exchange then they need to increase the capacity of the exchange, and in my opinion orderbook or etherdelta will be the first to start trading HKN after ICO is completed.

As I understand as soon as tokens will be released, they will be available to trade on Etherdelta and Orderbook (it seems everyone will receive tokens on its Orderbook account)
Regarding other exchangers, personally I like Cryptopia and Bittrex
From other ICOs I saw the big rise in token price after inclusion to Cryptopia and some other exchagers

I got an email, I got my orderbook account and got it verified with success.. Just have to wait for the bounty to be distributed now. Does anyone know the date of distribution for the bounty?

As of the moment I believe there are no further announcement about this , since the ICO is still ongoing and the spreadsheet are not done yet.

Orderbook like exchange is very weak. As for me, I would like to see hacken at cryptopia and maybe liqui. Also not bad for beginning is Mercatox. Yobit was not bad, but now this exchange does not cause trust.

Apart from Cryptopia I don't have experience with other exchanges you mentioned.
Also Orderbook doesn't have many tokens, I wonder where will be better price there or on Etherdelta
And of course it's better to wait for more exchanges.
I think it will depends from trading volumes, as I observe some tokens are fast in being added to exchanges while other are very slow.
I'm sure Hacken will be added very fast due to big interests from crypto-community
