Its kind of ridiculous that I thought I was posting for days and all of the posts have been going into some random drafts tab and I cant even repost them directly.  What is this and why cant new members make more than one post a day or whatever the number is.

Well, newbies tend to spam a lot, so they are restricted to make just a few posts.

Also, the quality of the average newbie is lower then the average quality of a more established member, so it doesn't hurt to limit the posts.

Just be patient, and work yourself up slowly.

I think you have to copy/paste them from the Drafts folder if you want to post in the actual thread. I couldn't find any way to submit them from Draft either.

You can only make one post every six minutes to start with but the restrictions are relaxed the more activity you get. And as above,  you can just copy and paste the responses.
