I bought a 60GH BFL BitForce Bitcoin Miner in June 2012 and as you can imagine I haven't received anything yet, so I sell my preorder for 2500 dollars.

I give all the proofs that I actually own this preorder as:

-BFL Account screen
-I change the shipping address with one made by you and I give the screen as proof

Send me a PM, if you're interested

BFL specifically says they don't do this.

BFL doesn't change addresses
So, how can I ensure my client to have the preorder? I give the BFL account logins, what else can I do? any suggestion?

You could also not try to scam people.

Too good to be true. Unfortunately, I can't think of a way to protect myself if this is a scam.

I would consider doing this if escrow is an option?

I take it the lack of response means no escrow.  Seems legit

have been talking to him over email and the gist is he refuses to do escrow as he says"he was scammed over btcrow", He refuses to choose a staff member of the forums to do escrow for the same reason.

He was willing to change the shipping address on his account but I refused to allow it as he could simply photoshop it. I do have logs to prove if anyone wants.

Haha, right! It's like I understand that policy when you buy something and it ships within a few months, NOT when it takes a fucking year to ship!

I actually managed to get BFL to change the shipping address. They will however NOT change the NAME on the order so this ONLY works when you yourself (original name) move to a new address (as in my case) and not for changing owners of an order.

Why don't you just cancel your pre-order and get a refund directly from BFL?

Judging that people are willing to pay 25btc for the 5gh/s, this one is worth at least 250btc if BFL can ship this machine in the next one week lol.
