I joined the campaign but I think there should be a difference between Hero and Legendary members. Even (80-90) 10 stakes difference is alright, you should consider it.

Yes you can post in local threads. Please check in once a week in the official ANN Thread, since Minerva has a more complex concept behind, you can perhaps try ask or answer some questions to get a better idea of the project
