Would it be safe to assume that John Cena can also be involved with Bitcoin and that picture is telling us that he indeed has also invested some of his money into cryptocurrency? I would assume that the answer would be a resounding and big YES!
I would not be wondering if this famous man is also into cryptocurrency as Bitcoin is now always on the limelight from the mainstream media and there are now some celebrities who are happy holders of many coins. This free publicity can indeed be of big help to boost further the popularity of Bitcoin.

These is a publicity that could literally fuel BTC to the moon Actually, in my opinion all these celebrity crypto endorsements are hurting us. The people that prop up bitcoin never explain it, and there is seemingly no interest beyond a paid endorsement. Why is this the first time we are hearing about crypto from Cena? Take Mayweather as another example. Was cool when he promoted STOX. When he promoted the second ICO, it became obvious he was getting paid to tweet The TenX promotion on the Simpsons, however, was epic. It was actually funny

It was actually funny Even if these celebrities don't explain anything, they fact that they even mention it is positive. For every 10 people that see it, 5 will ignore it, 4 will spend 1 minute googling it, 2 will become very interested and will keep following it, 1 will actually buy. So as long as the minority that get interested get the message, it is worth it. The people that put in the effort to do their own research are the ones that deserve to get rich the most.

It was actually funny Where people have simply no idea of even the existence of Bitcoin. Such mentions on a celebrity page even if it is paid endorsement would gather atleast some attention. If not all atleast 1% of his followers would actually Google bitcoin or try to know about it. He got 7.4m followers. Almost 46k liked the post. This indeed will be an effective advertisement.

We have to remember that any promotion whether good or bad can still be a promotion. No promotion can ever be reaching so many people at once...don't expect that on a paid advertising much more a free one...just being mentioned can already be helping...this is just like trickles of rain forming a cascade of a flood.
Whether we recognize it or not, celebrities have the power to get the attention of the masses and that is where their appeal is...when you got the attention of the people you can be sure that you can relay to them a message or two. Celebrity endorsements are not actually hurting Bitcoin or cryptocurrency they are part of the many ways and means by which an idea or innovation can be highlighted and given space.

I don't think that its a paid promotion as there were no mention of any service provider who is involved with the bitcoins. If its his original account then we can assume that, Cena must be impressed with the recent jump by the bitcoins.

Wow, that sounds really cool because I'm a fan of John Cena. If its true that he invested on bitcoin or cryptocurrency, then I would idolize him even more. It's good to see that celebrities are now taking interest and making some investments on Bitcoin, I've heard about mayweather and STOX. I'm just wondering how come its a bunch of professional athletes (boxer/wrestler)? Whether its a paid advertisement or not, I still think that it brings good publicity for bitcoin. I'm sure that a lot of there fans and instagram users will get curious of what it is. Surely, it'll bring more users and people to invest.

Of course short term these kinds of random bubbles caused by celebrity endorsement serve to destabilize the market overall. But looking more long term, the role of celebrity influencer marketing clearly has huge (as thus far, fairly untapped) potential to increase mainstream awareness.

But for Cena if that is from his account, then I would reckon with it because it didn't come with form of endorsement.

I am curious wether or not John Cena actually understand the underlying value and how it could revolutionize the financial system in the future, or if he just bought some and wants to make a quick buck and sell soon.

Hmm nice exposure for bitcoin coming from John Cena. One of the most respected and loved wrestler. I don't know if this is a free promotion or he is just getting into the hype of bitcoin's pump. I hope that he will invest a lot of money in bitcoin like million bucks so that he's one of the contributors for the price pump.

John Cena's fans that haven't have knowledge with bitcoin will surely gonna have interested with it well some could responds to this post but I think it depends on the number of fans this wrestling star have and it can surely add up a number in the community we will see it in the future but it will still depends on the knowledge they can attain using bitcoin.

This is really a big news, a wrestling superstar getting involved with Bitcoin. I bet all his followers and fan will not mind involving theirselves to bitcoin too. One good thing here is, if John Cena actively promoting Bitcoin then we will have lots of wrestling loving people to join bitcoin community. This is just another area (wrestling fans and community) where Bitcoin is being introduced and that is a great news.
