As far as I know, instagram isn't widely used in bounty programs.  Fb, Twitter, blogs are the most favourite ones. May be only Floyd Maywheather promotes ICO in his insta

Universa's advantage is the fast transaction speed and smart contracts.

For fast transaction speed, isnt there already Ripple coin? They have clients like Standard Chartered. What clients does Universa have? Bank of Liberland?
If I am not wrong, Ripple does not depend on mining as well, what adv does universa have over Ripple ?
For transaction history, if i am not wrong Universa coins do not keep the transaction history so that the transactions can be done faster. What if the public wants to be able to trace the transaction history of the coin ?

Well, I am still a little sceptical about this point. But the thing is, this 'state' was proclaimed in 2015, now is 2017 and it is still there. Also it is open to all, doesn't have strict market regulations and at the same time is independent enough - isn't it the best conditions for blockchain? And I think last but not least is the fact that their president also takes interest in cryptocurrency. Bu the way I saw an announcement that he will deliver speech about cryptocurrencies at the conference in German this month. May be this micronation is a real state of the future?

true. pre-ico is a good trial for an actual ico. i've just recently learnt about this project, but must say, it's so ambitious to miss

Judging by the fact Populous just signed a $1 billion partnership with Luxure Global Citizen, some sort of innovative luxury shopping experience (which is big, apparently, but personally never heard of it), Populous is doing good, and comparing Universa to it is a good sign for Universa.
