"Boom of crytocurrency mining in Russia"? Are you serious? As far as I now, there are still no regulatitons for ICOs in Russia, and according to the statements of Russian mininstery of Finance, which claims cryptocurrency to be not stable and almost illegal, I think it is still a long long way to the possible boom of it in this country.

As far as I now, there are still no regulatitons for ICOs in Russia, and according to the statements of Russian mininstery of Finance, which claims cryptocurrency to be not stable and almost illegal, I think it is still a long long way to the possible boom of it in this country.

I think they're drafting a legal framework for regulating crypto market. It's not that easy, but I'm sure the government is aware about the importance of moving crypto activity into the legal sphere

As far as I know, they offered free tokens during the pre-ICO, and now you can access them through your account at Universa. You won't be able to use them until the end of the actual ICO, if I understand it correctly.
