But how have you to provide such high speed of transactions?
Have the same question! Have anybody answered it here? cause I could have missed the answer. Anyway I've read many wps and have seen many projects due to my work. Recently there are less and less worthy projects. So I was glad to come across Universa. You guys on the right way, just clarify the questions, please  |

Haven't studied It thoroughly yet, but does seem like it has more technical description in it. |

It sounds like Universa platform basically offers a full use of block chain on everyday life. I occasionally come across some similar projects, but none has claimed they could reach such enormously high peed of transaction before. Impressive. Let's see how it goes.

I'm not that good at blockchain technologies and I don't really understand all the details concerning this platform. But judging from the ICO breakdown, this project is a solid one. The fact that they have such a large share on foundations, reserve and legal speaks for itself

I've heard that russian government is going to implement legislation on blockchain. Since Universa is a russian project will it influence the development of this project anyhow? And if it does, are they prepared for any difficulties?

Yeah! Considerable changes in the new WP. But I think hardcap is a good idea. It makes them more reliable as I see it. Another change I've noticed, they don't mention Liberland now. So, it seems that it didn't work out. But still Unniversa has all chances to become the first blockchain of its kind throughout the whole world |

Keep asking about it myself.... First of all, I believe that developing a legislation framework takes a looot of time, and governments dont tend to be the prompt ones to implement it. So as far as the situation is quite vague, they have a chance to launch their project and get credit from the users all over the world. The governments are again chasing the technologies, old story |

how can I participate in pre-ICO? and what's the token price? also, is there a minimum to buy?
PreIco has already started this week! You can click the button "Get tokens" in the announcement. But the price during preIco is pretty high about 5btc. So if you are a small investor (like me )we should wait till ICO starts does anyone have any idea on what price to expect when actual ICO starts? Thanx $10 for 1 UTN Thats fine, but then again, how do you buy coins? I made account at ICO Backer, there is nothing else there but adding a profile picture and name. Sincerely sir, I`m getting seriously worried about your claims. Should I doubt them?  |

I did not find the max token number for ico
0.01 per UTN. There are a total of 9.9 billion tokens issued in the ICO. |
