Yes I also thougt that it's a kind of a typo at first) But they explain it in details in wp. And also I dont think that the team like Universa could have such mistakes)
The idea with verified nodes is an interesting one. But the guys should work out all details about the procedure to get licence for nodes

You shoul have read their wp, before rashing to name it a scam))
The coin used to cost $10, but in the latest version of wp they have reconsidered its cost. So now 1 token UTN  is $0,01. They did it so as it is more convenient for users to calculate the cost of transaction. In other words, when the price was $10, the calculation was  1UTN = a big number of transactions. But now you can calculate: 1UTN=1transactuon
