Until the token generation event ends you can't receive the erc-20 tokens.
In the whitepaper they say that you can transfer your tokens to a erc20 wallet or wait until the Universa platform will be up, then your presale tokens will be added to your Universa wallet without the need to get by the erc20 token.

How soon will Universa release their own token and wallet? Is there a date known?

HI everyone,
I am an absolute newcomer both to BTC (I have a few hundred bucks on Coinbase bought some months ago, nothing serious) and wass recommended to join Universa.
Now I am a bit confused when it comes to how to buy UTN, specifically via ICObacker.

- The universa.io page says they do not accept payments via Coinbase
- Tried to contact them to pay by bank, no reply

- I guess the only option would be transferring from Coinbase -> BTC Core -> ICObacker BTC account, but:
   - Can't find my wallet address to sent BTC from Coinbase (told ya, absolute newbie here)
   - How would it be linked to my profile?

Anyone care to waste 5 mins of your time to explain this n00b how to proceed?

Thanks!

First of all you need to pass a short registration at https://check.universa.io then you will be able to purchase UTN through your account. In order to have your tokens distributed to your personal wallet, you will need to specify the address of your ERC20-compatible wallet but team may request additional personal information about you. There is a simple guide for purchasing the payment you can check it here: https://universa.io/guide.html

I hope this may help you dear n00b  Smiley

How will you reward the early buyers? I bought with Ethereum in october. Since then the value of Ethereum has increased with 60-70% while we only get 25% more tokens for buying early. So if I had just held my Ether and bought now, I would have had a lot more universa coins than buying and supporting the coin early. How will you deal with this?

if the eth price were now $ 150. would you give token back?  is your question really serious?

Of course it is a serious question. Other projects compensated their investors because they now hold more money than anticipated.

I.E. your ticker now says that you raised $21 453 516, does this include the price rise of ETH? Is it linked to the ETH price? If not, you actually raised a lot more than you're portraying on your website.

Dude, this is How it works with stocks And crypto.

It can go up and down, and lucky for them this time it went up.

I think after the token generation events end on december 9. Now I cannot find where to put my ethereum wallet address. But if you want to hold the coins then you can simply wait the Universa platform, once it will be completed your coin will be transfered to your UTN wallet. Try to read the whitepaper for detailed info.

If I use CoinPayment system via ICO Backer, and pay with BTC, is it able to be sent from an exchange?
I couldn't see anything that gave me an option to enter a ERC20 compatible wallet for the tokens to be sent to.

I sent ETH first time, pre kitties, second time I sent LTC, because kitties, both times via a Jaxx wallet on my phone, best not to use an exchange, most say they don't gaurantee to honour withdrawals to ICO and crowdfunding

That is why I am asking if the coinpayment system allows one to specify withdrawal to an ERC20 compatible wallet separate to the address to the payment is sent from.

Apparently they will provide a facility to specify an ETH address after token generation.

Starting from yesterday, it is possible the check.universa.io still will be the primary place to look; note we’ve usually mentioned that reclaiming the UTN(Universa) or UTN-P(ERC20) tokens is expected after 9 December, not on 9 December. Both methods are expected to launch when the appropriate token goes live.

UNIVERSA abandoned mining and opened up a way to improve network performance hundreds of times. Its transaction speed on the network node can be very fast, and the transaction cost is low and fast, which is very feasible for real application. Cool

I feel this will get succeed to raise $25M+ by time of finish of this crowdsale campaign. We can see investors are much active into this ICO and very close to achieve the milestone of $22M in next few minutes. I hope this will best investment for next year.

as we see with the "kitties stress test" of ethereum network number of transactions per second can be a decisive advantage of universa.
