Are they trying to compete with  ETH,EOS,ADA,NEO and others that are focusing Dapps and Smart Contracts ?

Yes I think so, but probably more corporate and business oriented than for example ETH, so maybe more of a competitor to NEO (also partly because they seem focused on Asia). But they also claim very high transaction speed/tps and are very focused on obtaining banking partnerships, so maybe also competing with ripple, so like a ripple with smart contracts maybe? Idk, time will tell.

Think it's mostly along the lines of your last point yeah, smart contracts and very high transaction speed, while in his communication Alexander focuses on what meetings he had with what businesses. Also, their presence is strong in Russia it seems, which may be an interesting advantage also.

Whats the reasonable price, when it hits to exchanges? I read, that 0.7-1.7$, but isnt it way too high? More like 0.25-0.35$? Obv i would be really glad, when Universa will hit 1.5$

What are you talking about? Who would buy 20-30 times more expensive just in a few days after listing? I expect this price in a half a year or by the end of 2018 and it will be real success
