Has the ERC-20 token which is UTN-P been listed on any exchange ? This should be purpose of availability for withdrawal in my opinion. If and only if there will be worth price else my plan in to keep waiting for the mainnet to go live and then to take advantage of the new code base. Then price can be more higher.

They did not yet announce which Exchange of Exchanges will list the ERC-20 version of UTN. This will happen though, as I've heard it's easier to list an ERC-20 token, followed by a swap to MainNet.

What is the minimum token for withdrawal?

1000 for UTN-P (ERC20).
For UTN (MainNet) I think there is no minimum.
