Two "concatenated" txs in the same block, is it possible?

Let's say we have these 2 transactions:

tx1:   address_A sends 1 BTC to address_B
tx2:   address_B sends 0.5 BTC to address_C
(assume also that the initial balance of address_B is 0 BTC)

Can these 2 transactions be included in the same block?
If so, can you link an example of a block including two transaction like these?

I'm not able to find transaction id's but I have seen this. Both Transactions were confirmed at the same time.

Child-Pay-For-Parent method of bumping up the fees wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for this btw. So I assume that recent blocks are full of it, since the fees skyrocketed in last few weeks.
