Announcing Unreleased NAS Locking Addresses

In order to promote the transparency, standardization and communitization of project assets governance, Nebulas team hereby publish the locking addresses of unreleased NAS (amount to 55,000,000 NAS) and the Nebulas mainnet DPoS account address.
Unreleased NAS

According to the Nebulas Whitepaper, the total initial amount of NAS is 100,000,000. The current circulating amount is 45,000,000 NAS (45% of total amount). The unreleased NAS includes the following two parts:

1. NAS Reserved for the Nebulas Team
   Amount: 20,000,000 NAS

2. NAS Reserved for Community Ecosystem
    Amount: 35,000,000 NAS

I am employed at their appstore and have never heard of any changes. There were modifications to the corporate etiquette rules but no changes to policies pertaining to applications or anything that could remotely look like an iOS application. Although I noticed a wide diversion of mutations amongst office personnel. Some turned into quite irresponsible inhumans and underwent the procedure of firing.
