I can only say, that it's theoretical forbidden, but it can't be checked anyway. It's just needed for deceleration.

I logged all my activity at https://www.herocoin.io/bounties and when I asked at the end of the bounty if they needed any further information to claim the bounty I was told no. Now it is over 3 weeks and still no tokens. Has anyone else received their Bounty?
