Everything nice. But why you ask for so much info? For what purposes it will be used? Who are you to know all this data? Why you need to know my name and my address? I don´t understand that.
Are you bank or government structure? I fully disagree to provide all this data to you, without explanation for what it will be used.

We fill up the form and know our information, I do not know why they want our information and who we are and where we come from.

Yh, it is nice. But... My name and my address is my private data. I am not going to share it with some not really trustworthy ICO project. In Germany you can do a lot of things with name and address.

We may not give legal advice or tax advice, but names are required for credit notes which is the legal form that has to be used for sending the bounties to you. Basically as a GmbH (Austrian Ltd) we have to show some paperwork to the government after each year explaining where every little cent went. And in order to do that we need to have a recipient on the credit note. That's what you're filling out. It's not like we're going to sell your data to Google or anything.

Yes it's the same form for claiming Signature Bounties. It worked smooth for me, the Token amount is the same as in the spreadsheet.

I am done with the form and for the bounty manager thank you for such a good job, herocoin has a bright future so i might hold it longer and see how well it will perform in the market.

I guess you are lucky I've looked at the addresses of the guys from the signature bounty list, almost no prizes have gone, but they sent you the reward.

In the meantime, I announce my friends and administrators about this issue here. I filled out the form in full in the early morning hours hopefully my reward will reach me shortly. I do not think to sell for a while after joining the market . the price will probably go up even more after the market goes bad. it takes much less time to make 2x or even 5x the value of projects that have little investment.

This thing is Austria based so it's necessary to comply with the Austrian legislation. Bounty will be distributed on a credit note, that's why the need of full details, i think. On the ANN thread you'll find more information about that.
