Hi, all. So I usually play roulette on Bitsler. I used to play on Bitdouble, but after consecutive losses, I moved to Bitsler. Plus I think they have less house-edge ... Who knows? Anyways, yesterday, I was playing with one of my friends. He was playing on a CSGO casino. So he was switching between dice, roulette and coinflipping. Coin flipping seemed to be very profitable for him. He made around $1700. I know that Bitdouble offers Coinflip as a game, but the problem is no one actually coinflips. I rarely see more than 5 people on at once in Bitdouble either. (I mean playing roulette) I can coinflip against the site ... but I don't exactly want to do that. So I was wondering if anyone here knows any popular and well used coinflip sites for Bitcoin gambling. If you know or use one please post its name below so that I can look at it. And who knows, we may play against each other one day. Smiley

Basically any casino which lets you make a 50% chance bet. That's what a coin flip is.

A coin flip is just a 50/50 bet against another player, and I am pretty sure if you just want 50/50 it would be the exact same as a coinflip. The only difference is your versuing the site itself.

You can use your bitcoin to buy CSGO skins and then find some CSGO casino and then gamble from then on. Your might lose a bit bit from selling those items, but that's the only way I can think of coinflipping.

It always astounds me when people talk about these games like there is any sort of pattern or skill involved. Coinflips, roulettes, whatever the game is - are all fixed odds with no talent involved at all. Over the long term you will ultimately lose money playing these games and it is as bad as bashing your head on a brick wall. If you must gamble, at least play a game like poker that can introduce bluffing and strategy.

Why would any casino offer a 50/50 game without taking a piece of the pie?

Even when players are playing against eachother, the casino wants to make some money for hosting the game right?

The only coin flip casino I ever played was on directbet, but they are closed now. I know betcoin.tm also offer flip, but I never tried it, and I don't even know the site that well. I didn't understood 2 things though. You want a coinflip on a player vs player game? Because from what I read, you said you didn't want to bet vs the house. Also, making $1700 from coinflip seem quite a lot. Never thought that a strategy could be developed for such a simple game, but I guess it would be possible to in a player vs player game, since you are making a decision, so you can actually try to anticipate what your opponents decision is (unless he is really flipping a coin, and then it's just random, and no one will win in the end, expect for luck).

All of these casino games such as Dice, Coinflip, Rock/Paper/Scissors, Roulette , Lottery are more or less the exact same thing.

Each game has it owns different probability and outcome. But in the end, you are pretty much all playing the exact same game of dice with different paraments.

For example, instead of playing the lottery. You can just go to a dice site and bet 9900x and hope you win big, you get the result right away with a much lower house edge.

Same with the coin flip, just go to a dice site and bet on 50/50.

Roulette is basically exactly the same but with different probabilites depending on which number or color you choose to make your bet with. However dice has a much much lower house edge.

Why would any casino offer a 50/50 game without taking a piece of the pie?

Even when players are playing against eachother, the casino wants to make some money for hosting the game right?

That's right, they take at least 1% of your win. Also I see no point in searching for gambling sites offering coinflipping. Like one poster said above any casino which lets you make a 50% chance bet is the same as coinflipping.

Well, someone has to win, if you toss coin against another player both of you have 50% chance to win. Casino will take rake(1% or so) but whatever rake casino takes you will always have 50% chance to win.
OP PvP coin toss isn't popular, I don't think you will find such site with lots of players on.

Actually the gambler like to play pvp game but the problem is only a little site provide this service may be the reason for the casino doesn't want to provide this service is because they only get a little profit. like you said they only take a rake 1% for every game/bet, that's not enough for pay their maintance cost or other cost.

The thing is they do take a piece of the pie. When my friend was playing CoinFlip, I noticed that he was not receiving 100% of the amount gambled by the person that he was flipping with. He was only receiving around 98% of the entire amount. I am guessing that the remaining 2% of the money goes to the actual site for hosting the CoinFlip.

After I heard everyone's replies I decided to stick to the CoinFlip provided by Bitdouble. I played against the house and made 0.005 Bitcoin into 0.065 before withdrawing it. Once, again I noticed that I was not receiving 100% of the amount wagered by the house. I think they took around 3%. So the site is taking a piece of the pie after all.

Yes, I think that every site you come across will charge a %, either if it's pvp or playing against the house.
I do have a question though. Where do you feel you normally profit the most? On the pvp version, or versus the house? I think that on the pvp version, the chances that you are being scammed should be really low, since the site has nothing to lose. Of course that even on a pvp site, they could "cheat you", and make you play vs bots, pretending that it's a pvp game. Anyway, have you noticed any difference?

50% odds doesn't mean you will double your money if you win.
The house edge makes you earn less than double the money if you win.

50% odds doesn't mean you will double your money if you win.
The house edge makes you earn less than double the money if you win.

Yes it is true, but as I know usually there is no house edge on this kind of game, because most of them are only become platform that provide game to us. And mostly this game is pvp based game, so if you win, you need to pay some fee for them so it just 50% odds that double your coin but just to pay some fee for them makes us think that it is house edge
