According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Your coin sounds really interesting. I'd like to give mining a shot. I have a 6 GPU rig and of course a phone.

Rig:

1080ti
1070ti
1070
1060 6GB
1060 3GB x 2

Running Windows 7, I can change it to Windows 10 if necessary. Any browser.

Get about 2800 sol/s on equihash.

I've created a dashboard and joined the telegram channel. Good luck with your project!

Sounds great, gfigg42. Try mining on Opera, Brave, or Chrome for best performance.

This sounds spectacular. I love the idea of allowing the average person to join into the mining community as a matter of proof of effort with devices that are already accessible. The craze in building dedicated mining machines is insane, definitely understandable, but this is such a great idea and has the potential to do great things! As well as even bring new life into some of my devices that are just laying around, which is a bonus. Would really like to join in on the Alpha test!

PC:
Processor: Intel Core i5-3570k @ 3.40GHz
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Browser: Chrome 63.0.3239.132 64bit

Mac:
Processor: Intel Core i7 @2.8GHz
OS: High Sierra 10.13
Browser: Chrome 63.0.3239.84 64bit

Mobile:
Nexus 6p - Chrome browser
iPad air 2 - Chrome browser
iPhone X - Chrome browser

All five of your devices are ready for mining, harp07! Welcome.

Maxthon will add their own browsermining currency in a couple of days, so yeah - will be quite interesting how they do it and if it has any usage for your project as well.
