It is a good idea because people who have Genesis coin will always support the project but some people don't know the news about voting. So it is always good to spread the news to the community.

That exchange is not live yet but that is really strange they don't have any marketing sense how to get started and which projects have potential. If they want to get succeed than they should add some tokens without any voting contest.

But quality projects and will real potential like GVT are just opportunities to pick them up at their low points. What about those who have no chance to sell this token there are so many people who bought above $30. But I am agreed with you if someone buying during this phase than he can reduce his lose and make early exit with profit.
