I just Scan the whitepaper and as usual looked at the roadmap, investors, no minimum cap and  maximum fund cap($33000000), possible sponsors that I find none and sometimes the location. The roadmap doesnt indicate a sure date, just an approximated date. The investors shows a good pedigree. No website page on the ann thread

Let's see, 44,000,000 tokens will be created in total, of which 36,960,000 will be distributed to the ICO participants (33,000,000 tokens for sale and 3,960,000 tokens for bounty, marketing and advisers) 2,200,000 will be reserved for a fund and 4,840,000 will be circulated among the team. If the maximum cap will be earned, ICO will stopped.
