Site mentions the device needs some fairy cake and a cup of hot tea... I'd be leery. Wink

The ridiculous techno-babble sounds a lot like our buddy, Ed Trice.  The liquid nitrogen connection is a suspicious coincidence too.

The scammers are getting much more fancy.  I'd say someone should pay a visit to this guy's office... and by office, it's most likely his home.

Also.. the website claims the business is located in Michigan somewhere, IIRC.  However.. I did a bogus order and realized the bank for the wires are located in NYC.  I'm from NYC!  Send me BTC and I will thoroughly investigate whether or not this is a sham Wink

Do we need to supply our own liquid helium?

I'm glad it was in a pathogen free environment.

They even went through the trouble of doing a press release for the scam.  Impressive, but its all total bullshit technobabble to prey on the weak and greedy. Don't give them your money or personal info, obvious (albeit clever and well executed) scam.

This reeks of an Ed Trice scam.  The fake press release also fits his m.o.

This is very well done .... shipping July 15th, Located .... " keep in mind that the system must go through a liquid “purge” that might take up to 6 hours for the stored liquid Nitrogen to evaporate. Liquid Nitrogen is roughly 700 more dense than Nitrogen gas" even more sounding like ed trice

"The PC hits a peak of 2800W – the average PC hits 200W on a bad day – but the device can perform 1000 Gigahashes a second. To put that in perspective a strong PC with good graphics card can hit about 100 GH/S and in my experience I haven’t been able to get any my machines to hit higher than 50 GH/S."

Say what?

Yup, looks like the Techcrunch writer does not even know what he is talking about.... Or he needs to tell me what GPU gets 100Ghash!
