You forgot to consider the possibility that God is in fact a sadist. Since He supposedly created Man in His Image or whatever, he must logically have all human features which now and then pop up in his behavior, which obviously resembles that of people with multiple personalities. And one of those features must be sadism, which would make it perfectly reasonable to send you to hell for using the tools that He gave you.

To me, i think a sin is something that is morally unacceptable. A sin does not entirely mean being wicked or cruel to someone. A sin is what is not moral in the eyes of God too.
