You all provide an opportunity to try the project in demo mode, or there are some requirements for candidates for testing?

If after ICO will remain unfulfilled tokens, they will remain in reserve or be "destroyed"?

All exchanges you mentioned are situated in some specified countries and have a good reputation in the market. How are you different from these big exchanges. You need to get License before starting an exchange and what are your measures to get it.

It's take long time to this exchange become popular like Poloniex or Bittrex.

The amount veries but we can give an example that FCA license costs around $500 000. It takes several month to get. It is really expensive and long process. But at the end institutional clients will be able to save lots of time and money.

Each license takes around 10 high-qualified employees. So to receive CySEC, FACE, ASIC licens we need to hire around 30 people. And we aren't talking about technical support which will also need to increase its quantity. If you are an experienced specialist please contact us Smiley

What you Soft Cap? What happens if you fail to collect the amount corresponding to the Soft Cap?

Our soft cap is 5 million euros. But it is no longer topical as we collected this amount during first two weeks.

As we produce non-equity token we aren't obligated to reedem. After ICO is over we will consider this question. If this decision will be made we will put all information about it on our website.

They will be destroyed to maintain value of tokens.

Yes you are right. We are going to get several licenses including JFSA, CySEC, FCA to be able to work in these jurisdictions. We are going to be different with the ability to offer our services nearly everywhere. After ICO is over we will apply for JFSE, then CySEC, then FCA. It depends on the amount we collect. We have the understanding of the whole procedure and good contacts with head offices.

We aren't going to become 'popular'. Our aim is to provide market with good crypto liquidity.
