Nope. IIRC, the high roller tab only features bets that satisfy either of the following conditions:
Bet amount ≥ 0.1 BTC (I'm not sure about altcoins so this is purely concerning bitcoin)
Profit ≥ 0.1 BTC (")

Nice amount of jackpot but hard to hit, first because it is manual jackpot system like PD and secondly because the odds is so low (normal for something called by jackpot though ) I'm not really sure why you decide to choose a similar way with PD about this jackpot while there are many players do not like how it works. Good thing is that you have lower bet amount requirement for the jackpot.
