Excited to see how this turns out. What's the launch date and do you have any protocol to eliminate obvious collusion? Collusion will be detected through both manually checking and the use of software that detects the possibility of foul play. Anything that is obvious collusion will definitely be seen straight away and the colluders will be dealt with. |

Anyone interested in making sports bets with Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum on https://betking.io ? eth and ltc allow you to deposit and get bet on faster. Was thinking that, while we are waiting on the new site, new games and poker being ready to launch we could allow people to bet on sports in the chat room. We could have it so that you type the event and amount you wish to bet, e.g. UFC Luke Rockhold v Yoel Romero, 0.05 BTC on Luke to win. I would reply with odds If you like them you tip my account, the red dean in chat, the amount you wish to bet we lock the bet. (i'll confirm in pm too) Winnings would be tipped back to your account. Also curious about poker launch marketing strategy. A massive freeroll(s) with generous prize pool would most likely attract a lot of new players (if properly promoted and announced in advance), get them to sign up and make them familiar to the site, which is a half way to making them a regular players. Tough thing would be to pick the right time to account for time zones. Signature campaign could be useful too, it doesn't have to be expensive, there's almost no open campaigns, other than ICOs paying in not yet existing tokens.
How are you going to go around the multiple currencies? Definitely the best approach (but not the easiest one) would be to do what BetCoin did, convert deposits into 'chips' i.e. with fixed 1 chip = 0.001 btc, and translate altcoin deposits to chips at the current market rates. ps. Is there currently any poker site that accepts ETH and/or other alts (BetCoin hasn't relaunched poker yet afaik) ? If not, BetKing would be the only site that does that and that's very easy to promote (ie on relevant subreddits and alike). |

The most profitable thing for us would be to just copy stars and allow multiple accounts multi-tabling and we just rake as many tables and players as possible.
However we want to make an environment for players to play and have fun and not have to worry about bots, multi accounting, collusion, huds, seat scripting or bum hunting.
So we will be doing something that is quite different from almost anywhere else you will have seen.
We will have more details closer to launch.
As for multi-currency, there will be BTC and ETH tables.

The most profitable thing for us would be to just copy stars and allow multiple accounts multi-tabling and we just rake as many tables and players as possible.
However we want to make an environment for players to play and have fun and not have to worry about bots, multi accounting, collusion, huds, seat scripting or bum hunting.
So we will be doing something that is quite different from almost anywhere else you will have seen.
We will have more details closer to launch.
As for multi-currency, there will be BTC and ETH tables.
hope this won't take long , anyways please consider at least allowing the same player to play like 4-6 tables cause playing one table is so boring for people who are a little bit experienced in poker also hope to see some jackpot games or an idea similar to spin n goes , won't mind if you offer the exact same game in btc that would be amazing spinning like 10K sats to one bitcoin |

Claimed and received. Thanks Dean! But think you forgot to enable stats for Golem. In 'stats' tab bets/wagered/profit shows zero, but clicking on my name correctly shows over 146 wagered. edit: Sorry, I think I was looking at OmisGo logo, both look similar. All stats are showing fine. |

In fact, I personally can't stand playing without multitabling unless the competition is fierce. If you're a reg it's usually common to see 4+ tables at a time. Some people have done 30+ before.

For example a player playing in multiple tables will most likely lose track of his turns delaying the said table/s. Which by doing so you will affect other players game. Also before implementing this feature the management should ask if other players want the idea too or not. I am not against the idea but BetKing should do something to avoid the delay in games as it will cause dissatisfaction to other players. |

The big issue I see here is if Betking allowed multiple tables to be played will there be any hindrances on that table? For example a player playing in multiple tables will most likely lose track of his turns delaying the said table/s. I'm sure that you haven't played online poker before since it's extremely common to have a time bank for players. It would only really cause a short delay which would be only slightly longer than typical wait times for player decisions. Once a player runs out of their timebank then they'll be sat out. That's typically not something players want to happen on cash tables since they lose out on the orbit. As for tournaments, you usually want to keep a high timebank so that you can make tougher decisions.  |

You only have one session—and otherwise, that would make it unfair to other players if you're able to have multiple links on a single tournament. no not necessary cash even tournaments if there are more than one tourney available at the same time I play them all I don't play cash mainly I play sit n goes and some tourneys , in ACR where the traffic is good I play 6 tables of their sit n go 2.0 game at first you find it hard but withing year you can easily play 6 tables especially if the game type is 9 max where 9 players are sitting at the same table the less the players on the table the harder it becomes , for example it's harder to play 6 tables heads up |

So poker is almost ready to go live now!
We are just waiting on a new homepage and some poker landing pages that describe how things work then we can promote/open to players.
How is BetKing poker different?
We are going to have a vip exclusive poker site. All mid to high stakes tables will be restricted to vips. (all small stakes tables open to anyone).
To become a VIP you need to:
a) Be invited to BetKing by me, affiliates or trusted reps
b) Request access to play in the games by emailing support or via social (somewhere we can confirm you are a real person)
c) Have played dice (or other games we launch in the future) by depositing to BetKing. Not faucet.
Why?
This stops people being able to create 6 accounts and sitting in the games with bots. It also reduces the chance of collusion by not allowing multi accounting and there's a smaller chance friends are sitting in games sharing cards.
We will eliminate bumhinting and have no option for seat scripting this way (anyone approved access caught doing this will have their VIP status removed).
The games will not be full of multi tabling rakeback grinders (we don't have rakeback as a promo).
Rake will be lower than the competition (nitro etc) it's similar % as stars but with smaller cap.
We want to provide an environment that recreational players and gamblers feel safe playing without the worry of cheating, bots, collusion, huds or bumhunting.
All feedback/questions welcome

yeah are there planned tourneys or just cash games at the start cause I'm not interested in cash games
also hopefully you will have sit n goes too , these are hard to run but maybe adding heads up sit n go games can help the games keep going

Is there a minimum wagered requirement? If not, that won't really stop anyone from creating multiple accounts. Would you also disallow multiple players logging in from same ip to play at the same table or same tournament?
Are there going to be a separate balances for poker and dice, or can players use the same funds to play both? Have you decided on buy-in/blinds structure? If so, can you share the details? |

If you are scare people abuse your poker games, you should restrict their ip to have only 1 account so you do not really this vip thing. Use the vip thing to get the extra benefit, if this vip means only we can bet huge amount, I do not think people will like it. Vip must having such a great benefits or even advantages that normal players have. Maybe have higher rakeback or have some bonus on it |
