Apart from that you are asking questions which have nothing to do with your lost bet you are also the first and probably only user complaining about our good odds
Thanks for your hints anyway. Of course the few really  arbitrages should not raise very high, we keep an eye on it

you keep your eyes on it, but you do nothing to fix your "odds creator" engine bugs
do nothing to follow the market movements

all of your customers have to know about it 

you should have made  your customers sure that you are working hard on  to fix these bugs , but you did not.   i think this behavior tell everything.

As much as your efforts to promote your site are appreciated, i think the 5btc win screenshot offer needs to be tailored. I mean, the guy winning 5btc in one day probably doesn't care much about 0.02btc. However the guy winning 0.5btc will be more inclined to post his screenshot of a winning bet.
If you want to entice the 5btc winner, give away 0.5btc. If you want to entice the 0.5 winner, give away 0.05.

Please organise your football game differently. It makes it very tedious to have to look into every group for the champion's league games.
Just display all game for the evening, eventually putting group names on top of each sets of games.
The way it is now is not practical for punters at all. We want quick access to the set of games for the evening. Beside with Europa league groups, it makes it even more crowded and unpractical for us.
Please attend to this as fast as you can. You offer good prices on a great selection of games of football, let us enjoy those prices easily and not after trying 4 groups to find the right game.
