What's the reason for the delay?
This user has a large withdraw. Usually withdraw requests take not more than 12 hours, but in the last weeks, we had different problem which force us to take at first a closer look to the user account and then it comes to our queue. After we had a hack last year we builduing up our capital with own BTC and the speed is going faster till we have the full amount for instant payouts. Ok, i make a small withdraw - less than 0.5 BTC-, will see how long it takes for you to pay a small withdraw. Tonytikker  |

I have better news....I made a withdrawal yesterday that I don't now need. I have emailed you at 'support' asking you to put it back into my account but it's still not back in there yet. Can you see to it today please? I like to keep my books straight.  |

Just during your post I made it  This is pretty low priority, but can I put in a request for updated NBA team names?
i.e. New York Nets to Brooklyn Nets, New Orleans Hornets to New Orleans Pelicans?

Since this withdrawal was requested I have received 0.2BTC and told I will have the rest with the next 4 days.
This is at least something to stop me having to take action down other routes for now.

Thanks for your update. The withdrawal was requested yesterday. We didn't tell you you have to wait 4 more days, just that currently it could be possible that the wait time is between 2 and 5 days and I apologized for that. |

sure not....as mentioned some pages before we had a hack last year. We buy/sell shares even to pay the open payouts.
We hope we are finished the open payouts+have again a buffer in the next weeks.

How long ago was this withdrawal requested. This is a big red flag if it's been over 24 hours, which I assume it has. I don't know how anyone could use the site if the withdrawals are not happening. |

They are keeping in contact at least.
