I still have a few open bets (a few lost, a few won) and if they were settled I would be able to use the funds for non-live betting  Sure, please tell us the ID of won bet slip so we will grade them manually. |

Simply wait until tomorrow and you will have your BTC. Nevertheless live betting still doesn´t work and bet settlement is really slow. Maybe you should hire 1 or 2 new support people to grade bets. (I would be really interested in working for your team and am online ~12 hours a day) |

Hi i have one question why my bets still open when yesterday the teams i bet he have played and i win the bets but the bets dont close and i dont received the BTC?
spent nearly 24H after winning have not been closed or the income received can someone help me?
