It has been a few days since the banning announcement but the price hasn't got back to normal and now there was news say that some country going to banned the exchanger and the price going down again, seems like it is going to take months before the price can stable and normal, but surely Bitcoin price will go up again just need more time

Chinese exchangers, not all of them. And bitcoin price is 4400 dollars its not bad, yesterday it went to 4700, that is close to 5000 dollars. Price is holding good, this are unexplored territories for bitcoin, price is higher then ever and bitcoin proved that can hold high value. Yes it needs time for higher price, bitcoin needs to settle here first for a while and then we will see rise and that will happen before new year.
I'm reading about that new fork in November, I don't like that and I read many different opinions about it, will it happen or not no one knows, but that can give a new boost to bitcoin like it happen on 1 August.

China has become the biggest source of bad news for Bitcoin and the main reasons for the market reactions. Bitcoin is right now traded below the $4,000 mark within China and people in there must be feeling some FUD so they are selling low. Well, it can also be a good opportunity to be able to buy more Bitcoin at a lower price. Hopefully, by next year things can get better for Bitcoin as 2017 is its big challenge.

in 2 or 3 days from now the price will be back to normal because ,in my opinion a lot of peoples are scared  not to lose everything . But it is not a good thing altogether because it will decrease the number of cryptocurrency holders by 5% -15% maybe more ...  tell me your opinion about this .

Bitcoin's market value changes from time to time. As I've observed, dumps and pumps are turn taking respectively such that if there'll be dumps, eventually pumps will take place, and vice versa. Usually, after the dumps, a week after, pumps will take place on it market value and that's part of its volatility. Fluctuations are already expected. Bitcoin is volatile because it is an open source system, has no physical market value and is decentralized that made it less stagnant.

If the price stays above $4000, then it would be good for us. But right now we don't have any assurance about the same price pumping as the period price decrease takes place. In my personal calculation I expect the price to fall as low as $3500 based on the reality in the China's decision. Soon after that when market stabilizes it gains resistance and reach $5000 in a short time.

Or this is begin of big breakdown bubble growth cryptocurrency from 2015 til today.
Almost traders do not think they are live in a huge bubble and it can breakdown anytime.
Profit and money make them forget that, of course still have some traders can keep their greedy and withdraw to FIAT before this worst situation happening.

It's gonna take weeks before we can see its full effect IMO. $3500 is very realistic for a correction base. If it falls below that, more and more would panic sell.
