Chinese government recognized all of ICOs are illegal, all of related platforms must stop offering services for ICO projects,it seems that is just a start, the regulation of ctyptocurrency is on the way.
Some ICOs refund to their investors already, but this event has an effect on cryptocurrencies including bitcoin, the prices droped seriously.
How do you think of that? Good or bad?

this is 2017  but china is the one who can control the value of all cryptocurrency in markets becuaset hey have a lot of money so they said a lot of fud news so people sell their bitcoins or some crypto so they will buy it .

Banning bitcoin and all ICO's and related to cryptocurrency have bad effect because  the citizens will not invest and use crypto because they already banned but I hope china unbanned all ICO's so their citizens will invest to ICO and crypto.

I'm sure this is a temporary ban! China should understand that the crypto market is the future from which you can not turn away! already today very large miners have moved to other countries! With such tempi, China can lose its leading place in the development of the crypto world!

Today, China still remains one of the most influential countries for crypto currency. The ban they imposed - it is temporary. Soon when the country will understand how to regulate new projects and how to control, then China will allow new projects!

Apart from the fact that the Chinese government has no longer been displaying any assist for cryptocurrency, I seem to like this pass in a way. For one reason that majority of the ICOs are now scams. ICOs may additionally be totally scrapped in future if there is no suitable way to display and certify the tasks earlier than human beings invest.

This news is quite alarming. Many of the investors and bitcoin users are based on China, considering their population and knowledge about cryptocurrencies. We hope that this banning is not permanent and hopefully soon, their government will legalize and unbanned all ICOs.

This is just one country and everything. Moreover, people always find ways to bypass any prohibition. And honestly, you need to think for yourself personally, not all countries do not allow people to earn on such projects.

Before the Chinese government keep on banning an ICO but now they are promoting it. Majority of the Chinese are the businessmen and anything that they can earn they will gamble on it. They saw the potential of crypto thats why they are in on it.

not a good or bad move to ban icos depending on the ICO. there should be a better way to sieve the chaff from the legit ICOs rather than banning them all. seems like a loss in the cryptosphere in general as it seems to affect prices already. we need all the money movements we can get be it through ICOS  or other forms of crypto investments.

For me it is a good news. ICO project needs regulation to avoid many scammers that use ICO to steal investors money. It  also have a good effect in Bitcoin because only legit ICO will get a funding and it is a win win situation between the community, investors and the ICO developers.

There is no new with that matter .
Chinese government always banned all threat to their economy.
Because they do believe that Crypto currencies is a cause of bankruptcy to their national banks.
It could be hard for them to trace people who are bitcoin users. So the only way is to banned all cryptocurrencies to their nation.

The Chinese government will reconsider its decisions as soon as their economy begins to experience severe stress, and this should happen in the next couple of years

China is a densely populated country, so it is difficult to manage all the people. In addition, in China there are many wealthy merchants, the transfer of cash into the Bitcoin transaction will cause China to lose a huge tax. Perhaps China's banning ICO is also understandable.

They are very tight with their safety. They are not forbidding cryptocurrency, they are protecting their citizens from being tricked by pumps and dumping ICO. There are many bitcoin miners in China.
The ban on ICOs in China has a huge impact on bitcoin and altcoin. Most of the currency lost its value.

Of course china are very safety for their security from those people that taking advantages especially to those who are aiming a big profit. the ban of icos in china has a lot of damage to investors who are supporting china's project and especially it drags down the market.

I think the Chinese government is right to regulate ICOs, and of course it would be more appropriate to introduce some normative measures rather than a comprehensive ban on ICOs. There are a lot of people in China investing in encrypted currencies, and I hope that in the future the Chinese government will be more open to encryption.
