It would be very dangerous if one's assets would be sold all Because it causes the market to be quieter and the transaction process could be disrupted so as to make big losses for them if the government tries to make new rules about digital currency.

This is a serious discussion. I mean, after I've seen how bitcoin (and other cryptos as well) got dumped badly after an irrelevant law that makes ICOs illegal. I can only imagine now what would happen If more countries do the same thing and It could get worst by make itself bitcoin illegal. Whether we like to admit it or not, most of people would sell everything they have once its made illegal, some may continue to fight the central banking but the sad reality is that as soon as people start making profits, they will dump it and move on.
Well for me, Yes It is possible and we must be ready for this, no matter what we do if all of the government agencies like SEC and the alliance of governments will ban Bitcoin then we have no choice but to move on. Bitcoin can still be used again but on the under the table trasactions. I don't know how people.
But in my opinion it is unlikely to happen because it is the most trusted desentralized network and the most stand alone banks.

I hope they will not, but still the problem of cashing cryptocurrency out exists. I think it may cause some problems for us, if the governments decide to forbid their usage

after Bitcoin reached the level of 20 thousand dollars, many people began to believe in this currency. But if it falls below $ 10,000, then it will be a real disaster and the new government understands this. Therefore, in order to avoid collapse, they can begin the process of prohibiting crypto currency in their countries.

I think that every user of the crypto currency buys Bitcoin or other altcoin for his real money at his own risk. Of course this activity is illegal Ilé can illegally. Thus, the state will have nothing against it, although in reality huge money goes into the shadows and no one practically pays taxes from this business.

That is right. Cause the biggest fear of a bitcoin earner or other bitcoin related things is when the government take control of bitcoin. Government can stops all bitcoin relating work like mining, staking, investing, faucets and even trading. So no one could getting rich with bitcoin when the government takes control in bitcoin.

As far as i know government can't stop the bitcoin regime because bitcoin is decentralized currency. They are not approved by all levels of government agency because they think it can not help to the national budget due to volatile value. One must do to help it for the benefits of  everybody was giving the right amendments.

I think yes because government has a power to control people, government can control media so they can spread fake news about bitcoin to discourage people who's interested to invest, but the most reasonable that can government do is to make a law about on how they put tax on bitcoin that is the best ideal way.

With unlimited power any government can do, including bitcoin banned, but I do not think this is wise because bitcoin can benefit many people and can reduce unemployment.

All what I can see in the above new is that there are lot of fud spreaders in the crypto world. They only spread Fud in order to get cheap coins. The authenticity of the above information should be questioned.

i agree that government has a lot of power and with that power he can then used it to control people and dictate whatever he wants but i think government cant directly control bitcoin because bitcoin itself is a decentralize currency and that simply means no one can hold or regulate it not even the governments or any other people. governments can only control banks or any other physical things that exisits in a  offline environment.

government can control media so they can spread fake news about bitcoin to discourage people who's interested to invest,
however i still agree on this and it is actually true or a fact because id already see someone  that is doing  it and  he is falsely discrediting bitcoin on the form of media and social media or any other methods just because he is  butthurt and dont believe in bitcoin and maybe
he invest on other forms of investment.

hell no that is not reasonable at all but i think it cant still happen because  as i said earlier  that bitcoin cannot be controlled directly.

No, that's not gonna be happen. We all know that government was categorize in centralization system while Bitcoin was categorize in decentralization were obviously the government can't able to control bitcoin because of this wonderful and great features of bitcoin.

I agree in that ,  our government can't stop bitcoin to be popular nationwide or worldwide . if people continuously idolized and used bitcoin in their investment and transaction they can't stop bitcoin .

I dont think that goverments will stop bitcoin, because bitcoin is not doing anything wrong and i know that in next few years all goverments in this world is we will support or trust bitcoin because bitcoin is can totally give a good future for a particular country.

Government today are not fully against bitcoin, there are some countries are still open operated bitcoin transaction,  and i hope government will not stop bitcoin because it really helps people needs in terms of financial, why government plan to stop bitcoin? Maybe it is all about tax? If government stop bitcoin operation, im pretty much sure that it is only a selfish decision without looking for the people situation.

Yeah this is the true thing. No goverment can control or manage Bitcoin. Europeans used to try but it didn't work.

That's true, no one can stop Bitcoin invading the whole world. Even the government can't do anything, unless their going to communicate or talk to all internet provider to block all site with regards to Bitcoin matter.

Yeah, maybe you're right. However, in where I live, the government is starting to put so much interest on bitcoin. I never know why but, they started passing up a law that says they will put a large tax on those who used and those who uses flatforms for local currency exchange and that bothers me a lot, since before they never put attention on it. And one more thing, some bad news is coming up on the local tv about it.

Not really, I do believe that with proper good governance, there's a way that one governments country can totally shutdown Bitcoin operation or cryptocurrencies in general. The only thing a government needs to do is to create an agency that will work in ceasing Bitcoin and Altcoin operation transactions. If they are dedicated to do this, it also needed funding which they will allocate in hiring excellent programmers, developers and even additional police enforcement to totally shutdown it. Look at what happened with China, they almost eliminate cryptocurrencies in their country. As long that a government is prepared to take some actions that is against with it, there is nothing impossible to do.

Of course, the government has an unlimited right to ban bitcoin in its country, probably because they consider that bitcoin can not be controlled so that if it is massively used it will damage the government system.
