RX 470 4GB (Efficiency tuned) vs. RX 480 8GB

Hi,

Saw on video on comparison of RX 470 cards. As per video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYoTrdJ-HNw) RX 470 4GB (Efficiency tuned) is the most effective GPU with 2.3 Watts / Mh/s.

The stats are:

1) RX 470 4GB:
90 Watts
28 Mh/s
3.2 Watts / Mh/s

2) RX 470 8GB:
105 Watts
30.5 Mh/s
3.4 Watts / Mh/s

3) RX 470 4GB (Efficiency tuned):
56 Watts
24 Mh/s
2.3 Watts / Mh/s


Can someone please compare RX 470 4GB (Efficiency tuned) with RX 480 8GB (excluding price factor).

I suppose these numbers are from GPU-Z or something like that? You know that's not final power consumption, right?
