I bought some Bitcoin from CEX.IO and tried sending it to another Bitcoin wallet on Saturday from CEX.IO. It has been over 3 days now and I still haven't received the funds to where I was sending it to. The transaction comes up as confirmed but says "unspent" next to it. I never had this issue before and really not sure how to fix it. I contacted CEX.IO numerous times and they are not sure what the issue is and they say everything is fine on their end. Here is the Blockchain address : https://blockchain.info/tx/4dff99ac6d86c41cdfc84f0d9776cedb5e5e299321f9a5deb4a993c4ce62fe85

The address I am sending it to is 1NhawnXd53eV78aDqHoEYsV4m2LZX59aFZ

If you know a solution I would greatly appreciate it.

The transaction is confirmed on the chain, which means that the holder of the address can be the only one who will be able to help.
May i ask what was the service you sent to? CEX.io cannot help you, since the funds are already sent and confirmed on the chain.
You will have to contact the service you sent to, and if they are not helping, all you can do is to fill scam accusation.

I sent it to a asset management company trying to fund my account. I have made numerous transactions with them and they are legit. Just not sure what is going on. I would think it would be an issue on the Blockchain by chance. Because if it is "unspent" that means it didn't go all the way through right?

Your transaction went through just fine. "Unspent" only means that the coins haven't been moved from the address that received your coins. Have you tried contacting the asset management company yet? They are the only ones that can solve your problem at that point.

If you are absolutely sure you got the address correct then you have done your part. The blockchain proves that the money is now in the hands of whoever holds the private key that controls that public key. Perhaps it's the management company who messed up? By sending you the wrong address maybe? what do they say?

I would think it would be an issue on the Blockchain by chance. Because if it is "unspent" that means it didn't go all the way through right?

1. The transaction was indeed confirmed.
https://blockchain.info/tx/4dff99ac6d86c41cdfc84f0d9776cedb5e5e299321f9a5deb4a993c4ce62fe85

2. The address you sent to has that balance (0.14384925 BTC), the output of the transaction you specified.
https://blockchain.info/address/1NhawnXd53eV78aDqHoEYsV4m2LZX59aFZ

3. The output is "unspent" because it is not yet "spent", or part of any further input. Basically, all is the way it is supposed to be. In fact, if it were "spent", then you wouldn't have that balance at the address.

Why exactly do you think the transaction didn't go through? Confirm with the company that the address (1NhawnXd53eV78aDqHoEYsV4m2LZX59aFZ) is the one you needed to spend to. If so, just show them that it has the coins you sent.

So do they have to accept it on their end? I emailed them a couple times, still waiting for an response. And yes that is the correct address I am supposed to send the bitcoin to. That's the only way to resolve this issue?

Yes. You will need to wait for them to "credit your account" with the equivalent funds. As the others have stated, the 0.14384925 BTC is 100% confirmed to be in address 1NhawnXd53eV78aDqHoEYsV4m2LZX59aFZ. The blockchain says so Wink

Out of curiosity, did you send other funds to that address? Because it has also received 3 deposits in total. It is a little odd for the same address to be given to different users/clients, as it would make it difficult to determine who made what deposit! Shocked
