Yes, ZCoin (XZC) is the best anonymous coin and it is highly undervalued.
After, there are :
 PrimalBaseToken, highly undervalued too and under his ICO price.
 Minereum, before the ARTEMINE ICO who will drop his price by 10.

Monaco is 62 in market cap on cmc, its definitely not under 100, i would check zoin, lbry, bitbay, adst. They are all really good projects with unique roads to go

I prefer to altcoin which has its own platform. Ethereum, waves, ripple, stratis, stellar, bitshares. Altcoin is great if we want to hold for future assets.

I think that insurex aka iXledger (IXT) is a great coin which is under top 100. The insurance is always a big issue to everyone and if they can make it better and greater, I think that it will help the world a lot. therefore, I strongly believe in IXT and the developed team

Already mentioned, zencash, it is really undervalued, especially if you can get it under 200k. Only 42 for a masternode. They may raise it to 100 which will mean less supply in circulation. Very active development.

Radium. Low supply, solid project. Once the market cap picks up it will go much higher.

Ubiq, as advertized, no premine, stronger version of ethereum, just wait until it hosts more projects.

I think SONM is the most undervalued token. Status was also under the ICO price today.

Most of them are there for a good reason, being not good for investment, being controlled and manipulated by a few whales or just being scam tokens. I don't know why would you even consider coinmarketcap a viable and reliable source? they even listed TPG and if you knew what is TPG you would never go back to them as a source ever again.
I invested some on golem and waves my bro bought bat. But you know what they say, every coin needs to start from somewhere, if you could find a coin with some use and utility then share the experience with me alone

I would say Stox is a good choice outside the top 100.
Gnosis and Augur could both be seen as competitors, and they are both top 50... so there is a demonstration of potential.
But I think that Stox is a much better bet than both of these. I don't see why it can't be top 30 in future.

Which coins are the best that are below the top 100?

From my perspective, bitcoin takes the lead. However, there a few altcoins which I really believe in and I ended investing a bit. The best altcoins in my opinion are as follows: neo, omisego, ethereum classic, monero, litecoin, zcash, bancor. I bought a bit of Monaco as well but the value keeps going down, hopefully it will recover.
