If we start accepting late submissions it will be unfair to those who submitted on time due to the nature of the formula that we are using to calculate the payout amount. In our defence, we announced the rules and the dates way in advance, and announced that we are calculating the payouts in this forum thread as well.

The best course of action going forward is to not forget to update the form, maybe set an alarm for October, 31st

To be honest, this report only once a month .. should not forget. But don't rule out the possibility because they/me also follow bounty in other forums, very fair if you can understand it as well, because those who are late also do the same job or have busy at work on their real life so they can't give repot on time. Sorry I am also in late to give report because so much of my busy at the end of the month in my office, without any intention to justify my self. but I am sure Dev/Bounty Manager have a more prudent assessment in this regard. Sent my Sept on weekly report via google form and in PM bud  
I will do my best so I won't be late again in October
