the requirements of 5 posts generate spam because many only lurking here and when they want post outside newbie area, they need to make 5 posts in newbie section asap

Its just to help the system not get overloaded with spam and a lot of worthless stuff. Its pretty good tbh. The time limit is a pain though...

They should change the conditions of the 5 post, as I've seen before in a non related forum as it wont let you into certain areas in the forum unless you have a certain amount of useful, helpful/informative post, all other post wont count, which they kind of have in the whitelist section but should definitely be expanded here to reduce the one word post, hi,ty, etc

Yeah, this is not a really new concept. It helps cut down on a flood of the same questions and comments from being spammed all over. Hopefully in the 4 hours everyone takes the time to see if what they wanted to post about is already covered.
