I just learned a little bit about this China orientated coins.

Qtum is backed by some well known Bitcoin Angels as

His Majesty Roger Ver

Ethereum founder Anthony Di Iorio,

Fenbushi member Bo Shen.

OKCoin CEO Star Xu

BitFund founder Xiaolai Li

Also project is intrestiing because it is hybrid between Bitcoin and Ethereum networks. It is something like Rootstock project, but with Ethereum integration.

I think chances are good, also Qtum is not pure Chinese but located in Singapor not so risky.

13 September is Qtum Mainnet release. As always buy before the major update.

Neo too is backed up by some strong Chinese brains while QTUM seems to be more marketing oriented scheme.
As, the newer techs are being built in china, NEO migth have better users.

I think there is some fact you should know, the NEO was delisted on some Chinese exchange platforms after the ICO regulation, so the strong Chinese brains is not so strong in my opinion.

Just Yunbi delisted NEO and they have nearly no volume at all.
Large volume exchange are exchaning NEO and Chinese authority has brought regulations for running an ICO in China.

I think these two currencies have no corresponding application landing. Just some speculation, the author raised the price of money. Worried about its prospects

I would still prefer neo i am aware that neo is mostly affiliated with china and the recent ban had caused the price to fall further but in terms of offering this coin is better and holding this for long term the price can reach 200$ by next summer.
I'm not saying qtum is bad it recently has been getting lot of attention and is based in Hong Kong or Singapore not sure buying a few qtum won't hurt anyone much
