Have you not heard the news about China? It might all be FUD, but it's working. If China decides to completely ban fiat-crypto transactions, we're looking at a bear market that'll last for years or until China decides not to be a d*ck again

The only crypto coin that I admire truly is none other than BITCOINS, the king.

But still if someone asks me about altcoins, I see some potential in Ethereum, waves and litecoins. Ethereum classic is also a good one.

NEO hasn't recovered at all, look at the price. I don't believe this coin will ever beat ethereum without lots of shitty icos built on it. Surely some nice projects might help a bit, but they won't give traders and investors the sufficient price pumps. Even though it is easier to build icos on neo, people still use eth, for they just got used to it and such things are hard to change IMO. ETH has already shown what it's capable of. NEO was about to do it when things went bad with Chinese government.
