There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

A quick introduction: I am a developer who has taken an interest in Interzone because I want to develop my own coin.  I have committed to the community that I will support the development of the coin and help implement the original vision.  I've been helping out the coin for the past few months on Slack and Discord.  I helped fix the masternode wallet crash issue and have been providing support for the community.  We're currently in process with a handful of exchanges.  The listing request I sent to Yobit a few months ago was for the free listing.  There was mention that there was a paid listing attempt early on, we're going to try again now that the coin has built up some volume.  I'm mostly on Discord and Slack if you have any further questions.

Let us check a bit. Where to download the fixed windows wallet? Smiley

Please note, the masternode payout enforcement issue is not fixed.  We're looking into that and it will take some testing.

Hey guys,
when sending 5000 ITZ to my own address, the transaction and address are not shown in explorer. The balance is 5000+, so this shouldn't be a problem. Any help?

A new idea to build a social network based on DASH's revolutionary masternode technology.

Interzone is a fork of DASH with the rock-solid CPU/GPU mintable C11 algorithm from Quark/Chaincoin. Interzone offers fast 90-second transactions, low fees, scalable block sizes, automatic checkpointing, Darksend (we call it Perplexion) for truly anonymous transactions, masternodes (we call them NetworkNodes), and easy mining with our in-client one-click SimpleMint system.

NetworkNodes take center stage on the Interzone network, offering 25% of block rewards blocks 20,000 through block 250,000 and 50% block rewards after. Interzone aims to build on the masternode technology and integrate customizable attributes to allow node-holders to add avatars, messaging, and other customizations to their node listings. Building a community of decentralized nodes strengthens the network and we encourage node creation with a low 5000 ITZ entry point to secure a node.

Our plan is to enhance masternodes and transform the Interzone network in to a decentralized social networking engine. Encrypted messaging, customizable clients, and a community based social network. We're working to build Mastodon.social in to our client for decentralized microblogging and groups. Eventually your NetworkNode will be your digital home on the Interzone blockchain!

Technical Details

  • 2% Token Preallocation in block #1 (overtaken by block-rewards by block #21,000)
  • Instamine protection: 0.01 ITZ per block until block 1000
  • 23,000,000 total tokens over 10 years provides and stable Proof of Work with low inflation
  • 23 ITZ Tokens Per Block halving at 500,000 block intervals (~1.5 years)
  • 90 second transactions with 6 confirm blocks
  • Genesis block minted during UTC totality of the solar eclipse 8/21/2017
  • 5000 tokens per masternode
  • Community driven 25% masternode rewards blocks 20,000 through block 250,000 and 50% rewards ongoing afterward
  • ASIC-resistant in-client one-click minting with CPU centric algorithm and GPU mining via third party miners

Preallocation Details

2% or 460,000 ITZ tokens were preallocated in block 1. These tokens are to be distributed as so:

  • 50,000 ITZ to create initial Interzone NetworkNodes
  • 250,000 ITZ for the Interzone Early Access Program
  • 60,000 ITZ for promotional activities (faucets, airdrops, translations, etc)
  • 100,000 ITZ for long-term development

Timeline

  • Now-Block 1000: Early Access Program
  • Block 1000: Main Net Client Release
  • Q1 2018: GUI Client Updates with Encrypted Messaging
  • Q2 2018: GUI Client Updates with Mastodon Decentralized Social Network Client
  • Q4 2018: First Rewards Halving
