its good there a restrictions , at least nobody gonna create bunch of alts account and abuse the airdrop like many previous airdrops that got abused by alts.
if you want to cheat at least make your account more "legit" than newbies.

No you will not recieve any token if you give address from exchange you need to create one use   myetherwallet.com to create yours  , just remeber to save your  private key in safe place so you can able to open it any time you want.
