Wow, this thread is growing fast, people are catching interest in this project. I think the future is very bright for HOWL. Everybody loves Mobile Social Applications on their phones, tablets and pc's. Hope the development going forward will be a huge success.

No it has something to do with extra accounts that he had due to some people registering with the same address. He's randomly sending lucky people those extra coins.
