Oh noes, another project thats been abandoned by dev
Sadly its very hard nowadays to participate in a reliable project

Why do you think so? Is there any proof? I check the project several times in week but hasn't seen any sign that Howl dev left us

We haven't seen any sign he's with us either, I agree with others though let's just wait it out until the 28th.
If dev is smart he bought a bunch on the low.

or sold a bunch at the high. I always had that feeling and dumped all my coins at once. Convince me that it was wrong move.

Just wanted to give everyone a quick little update, work has just started on the rebranding of Howl. Currently, it's myself and two other designers who are working on getting this complete, hopefully no later than the end of this month. I want to assure you guys that I will do the best that I can with the resources that I have.

I want to remind you all that I have only been handed this project 2 days ago, as well as being it a self-funded (non-ICO) project, so please be patient as there's a lot of work to do. I understand you guys must feel frustrated that you haven't seen any progress from the previous devs, which I completely sympathize with. I will make sure you guys get updated regularly and that we move this project forward together.

Thanks for the update it is refreshing to see something from the devs on this channel Good decision to settle bounties quickly and fairly. I was not a part of bounty campaign but it always paints a bad picture when project is not paying on time.

Just checking in on this project and it's good that there's still activity here. The coin swings quite a bit I noticed in the markets, but I guess that's not really dependent on the development here yet. Again good luck with the project devs!

nothing is fishy if I must say, kawicrypto has been working with dev silently in the background though most of us here dont know,, so if there's anyone who deserves to take over the project, it's kawicrypto, he's the one dev can trust, he's one I too personally trust.

Ok now i can say that its really strange that someone supposedly has been working secretly with dev all this time without showing any work or giving any help to the community... Is this really true? If so im done and dumping all i got dont really like to be involved with dodgy situations and potencial scams...

I thought Kawi was a user just like me... If its true and he was working with the devs secretly before, and only Fivestar4everMVP seemed to know about it, to me it gets clear that this was planned by these individuals that pretend to be users and were involved from begining...

Has far has im aware nobody produced any real work for this project besides me with ANN translation, tried to contact devs in order to fix the missing graphics and got no response at all...

All i can say is there is something fishy involving these users for sure if they were involved with the dev in the past.

Edit I just had a talk with the current dev and he explained himself ( what he could )... I will keep an eye to see what the new dev is really capable and will give my support for now. Best of luck

What exactly did the new dev explained to you? Did he explained if he had been working with the previous dev secretly? Or did he comment anything on that allegation? Cause if you ask me I also do agree with what you're saying here, I find it really fishy how this user suddenly ask to take over and after just a couple of hours he already has a team and a plan on where this project will be going and how to rebrand this project. I've just look at his previous posts and I find it really fishy that ever since he joined this forum all his posts are on this thread, it seems like he is just here to bump this thread. and in crypto a lot of projects have scales ... i know what you mean...
maybe i'm a "glass half full" guy, but I'm hopefull that something will come from this....let's give it a chance, results will surely come

In my view they need to find a market niche for the product and arguably to change  the product's characteristics as there are already  to many chat-messagers with ability to send funds (even private)  between clients.

Same it has been quite the turn of events and cant say I am displeased to here them though. Glad to have you on board @kawi and look forward to collaborating with you on this project! Its good to be cautious in crypto, so nothing wrong with that. These were valid points raised but I'm happy with all the answers and so far I think Kawicrypto is doing a fantastic job. Its also making our community stronger, so its a great thing to be able to discuss our concerns openly and constructively..

yeah, he's keeping the name definitely, if he wasn't going to keep the name, he would made mention of it in his previous post, soon, maybe in a week or 2, we should start seeing some progress

Exactly my sentiment. I will support howl and kawicrypto as well. By the way thanks for taking over the project instead of letting it die. I have been involved in another project which was taken over by second team after the initial team abandon it and now it is doing quite well and hopefully this project will be same.
