What is the issue exactly?

We dumped 8000 transactions in one block for stress test.

Many validator were unable to handle such load. The network had trouble with propagating the block within 10 seconds, and thus got stuck.

RC2 will be released on Saturday to address issue!

Awesome guys.  Great test.  Nice to hear someone actually pushing the limits.  We are very happy to keep testing with you guys.

Semux v1.0.0-rc.2

1. This version is not backward compatible. Please do NOT copy database folder from previous version.
2. Please keep your wallet open if you're a validator; the network will resume when 2/3+ validators are upgraded.

https://github.com/semuxproject/semux/releases

Getting this on OSX: INFO SemuxP2pHandler - Received DISCONNECT msg, reason = INVALID_HANDSHAKE

Resolved itself, I'm guessing a network issue on my end.

guys, tell me a beginner, in the semux project there is a sound grain? In other words, does the project have a future? because it's not like the first coin for Java, I know another coin which was written in Java, but then it was rewritten in another language and soared in price)

Semux looks promising. The future is unknown, but I would say: it is bright for java based chains

The development team is really working on the project. This is evident from the constant updates of the wallet. I think the project will be successful because of its originality.

I can see, there are some stress tests going on, and the network seems to handle it properly!

My wallet stopped syncing at block # 12520 this morning

also and me , i think this is not my problem ,the sem network have issue .

Network test has been on going and a lot of validators cant take the load.

Block #12519 = 5.000  tx
Block #12520 = 5.000  tx

we are stuck at
Block #12521 = 10.000  tx

To all validators check your wallet if it is still running. You will need to restart your wallet and or upgrade your VPS.

Network stress tests will continue all throughout the RC duration to ensure we have a solid network as we approach our official launch.

Thank you all for the support.

xem/nem if I'm not mistaken then it was. and that yesterday or the day before yesterday for a network problem, after that I realized I had to renew the wallet again? this is already 4 times when I update the wallet on the semux)
