As far as my Kaspersky Anti Virus with the latest Signature is concerned, That file is as clean as it can get. That maybe is a false positive.

Is the snapshot at the beginning of the week of new week or at the end of the week? for example, for the upcoming Jan 6, 2018 airdrop, is Dec 31 snapshot or Jan 6 snapshot counted?

You can still apply for signing Semux's signature movement, but you may not be able to qualify, so you can just try to look at luck first.

I just wrote that I have 1000 sem and some members already jumped on me to buy them ) The interest in this one is beyond my understanding, but I really like this project (probably a lot others like it) and I will surely hope my coins for months/years
